Thank you for shopping with Olde Marsh Candle Company. We take pride in handcrafting each candle with care and want to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing Time

Because our candles are handcrafted in small batches, please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for order processing

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may extend slightly

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Weather, carrier delays, and holiday volumes may impact shipping time

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier-selected pricing (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

We currently ship within the United States.
If you are outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, contact us directly so we can check availability.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • A shipping confirmation

  • Your tracking number

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Delays caused by address errors

  • Additional fees incurred for address corrections or re-shipments

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
However, we will help guide you through the carrier’s claim process.

For lost or delayed shipments:

  • Check tracking details

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Contact us if additional support is needed

We will always aim to make the situation right within reasonable means.

Damaged Items

If your candles arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the damaged item(s)

  3. Photos of the packaging

We will provide a replacement or store credit depending on the nature of the damage.

Warm Weather Shipping Considerations

Candles may soften or slightly sweat in high heat. This is normal for natural soy wax and does not affect performance. If you live in a warm climate or the order contains melt-prone items, consider selecting a faster shipping method.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping via the website.
